The name of that place is "The British Library" in London.

This is the national library of the United Kingdom. It is one of the  largest library in the world.The location of this library is [96 Euston Road; London, NW1 2DB, United Kingdom]. It is called "The National Central Library", founded in 1930 and became the UK's hub for inter-library lending.

Yes, this is the library which has a collection of valuable books.The height of this library is 24.5 meters or equal to an eighth floor building.This building designed by-M.J.Long and Colin St Jhon Wilson.The total number of books here is 170 to 200 million.The oldest book in this library is 3000 years old.

The "Bodleian Library" is one of the oldest libraries in Europe.This Bodleian Library hold over 13 million printed books and newspapers.
